Sweet corn has always been a summer staple in my life. Growing up, we used to plant a small field of it, care for it and then sell it at the Yankton Farmer's Market. Through selling it, I was able to afford the purchase of my first 10-speed bike!
Anyway, still love sweet corn. And now my kiddos do too. Long story short....
I found locally grown sweet corn along 41st street today for ONLY $3 a dozen! The kids and I had an ear for lunch and it was tastey.
I wanted to post this in case the couple is possibly still selling it or will be back to selling it tomorrow. They were located along 41st Street in front of Scheels.
