If you are disappointed that Kmart Doubles is not going on in your area, don't hesitate to share that disppointment with Kmart. I recently contacted them to ask why the Sioux Falls stores were not included and this was their response:
"Kmart seeks to continually improve its promotional programs to maximize the benefits experienced by its customers and by the business. We leveraged national industry survey results to determine those markets that would be most responsive to this pricing strategy. Currently, our coupon events are scheduled in stores where they are the most effective in generating customer response and driving the greatest profitability for the business. Each event is subject to change as new results are tracked and measured.By sharing your concerns, you have enabled us to address the issues and provide feedback to the appropriate person. Truly, your remarks provideforthright feedback that will enable Sears to achieve excellence in everything we do."
The more folks that write, the more we can let them know that we are interested in this promotion in our area. And maybe.......we will get it! :-) I have included the contact email address below and a sample email that you could copy and paste, if you would prefer.
