I have mentioned previously that a great way to give back to your community is through picking up "extras" while you are out using your coupons and scoring deals! Its easy and it costs very little, sometimes FREE! And the organizations are very appreciative.
I will be accepting donations until 7/19/10 for items to add to silent auction gift baskets that will be bid on at the 2010 Relay For Life event here in Sioux Falls, SD! If you have any items to add, feel free to email me.
The pictures above show items that had been gathered up to a couple weeks ago. A few things have been added since then. There is a basket for Men's goodies, Women's goodies and Cleaning goodies!
And a big thanks to reader, Kelli, for putting together a basket of scrapbooking items!
If you are interested in bidding on the silent auction items, come on out to the Relay For Life at the Sioux Falls Pheasants Baseball Stadium on July 30th! Monies raised go to the American Cancer Society!
