This Friday is the Relay For Life event, raising funds for the American Cancer Society. It is not just a walk, it is an overnight event! This means there is so much to do, to see and to take in. I encourage you and your family to come out on Friday night. The event is free to attend. There are also lots of fun ways to help out with onsite fundraising! (Starts 6 PM - Sioux Falls baseball Stadium)

Examples of Onsite fundraising:
Purses! Yes, we will have several purses to choose from! So if you have been waiting for a purse party, come on out and check it out and it is for a good cause.
Cake Walk - test your chances at winning a cake! Cake Walks going on througout the evening!
Silent Auction - bid on wonderful items!
Supper and Snacks - several campsites will have food items for purchase
ETC!!
Things to do for free:
Attend opening Ceremonies at 6 pm - this includes a powerful lap from all cancer survivors attending the event.
Walk - take some laps around the ball field (track). Take in all the luminaries that have been decorated in honor or in memory of loved ones with cancer.
Attend the luminary lighting ceremony - a time to remember those that are battling cancer or have battled cancer. One of my favorite parts of the evening.
