Your Secret Kitchen of Sioux Falls just posted on their Facebook page, that when you call before 6 PM today to sign up for a session on Saturday or Sunday, you will get to make a Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole for Free!

If your session is a "cozy" session, your Freebie will be cozy size!
If your session is a "family" session, your Freebie will be a family size!

The more meals in your session, the better the price, check the pricing here.

So to give you an idea....
4 cozy meals (feeds 2-3 people) costs $45 + 1 free meal = 5 meals for $45 or $9 each.
*Wow, that's $3 per person per meal!

4 family meals (feeds 4-6 people) costs $88 + 1 free meal = 5 meals for $88 or $17.60 each.
*Wow, that's $2.94 per person per meal!
