Living - What? It's July Already?

I think the older I get, the more quickly time seems to pass. Why is that? I cannot believe it is already July! Summer here in South Dakota is just a couple short months long and it is July already! Did I mention that yet? Ha!

I laid in bed last night with a mind that was racing with all the things I have on my to do list, not only for the week, but for the summer. I couldn't shut my mind off, thinking 'however will I fit it all in'? (Trip to Omaha and the zoo, Trip to Pierre to visit our lovely relatives, Relay For Life, Riverboat Days and a 15-year class reunion, Take the kiddos to the pool, We aren't making much of a dent on our park list, Reading - oh my! I haven't been reading to my kiddos as much as I had planned. So what about those reading programs we wanted to participate in? Oh and we haven't been to the Museum of Visiual Materials yet, ice cream at Uncle Jason's store.....oh my, oh my, oh my!)

The thoughts just kept rolling and rolling as I tossed and turned in bed for hours. And did I mention I didn't go to bed until midnight? It made for an early morning!

I have to be honest, I did think that as a stay at home Mom I would find more time to manage my household on top of everything else. But quite seriously, there is less time!
