*I also received a coupon print out good for $1 off 5 Kleenex when doing my purchase! This is great news if you don't have the coupons. You can roll this into the next transaction. Great time to stock up on Kleenex.
Anyone ever have a catalina not print out that you know is supposed to? I did this Kleenex deal at Walgreens (which the catalina says is a participating store) on Sunday and it didn't print my $1.50 Catalina when I purchased 6 of them. What do you do then?

*You can go back to Walgreens (obviously better to address it when you are there and it doesn't print) and talk to a manager. They can run the transaction again and see if it prints and look into it for you.
*You can also contact the Catalina company online and fill out all the info they need http://support.catalinamarketing.com/support/did-not-receive-expected-coupon/
I have done both and usually everything works out in the end!
