I don't recall this from years past, so I'm excited to inform you that Sunday is family day at Ribfest! This means the following:

Did you know that a local woman, Margaret Straley, offers free Mending at the Museum of Visual Materials? Based on the article in the Argus Leader today, she offers her services the second Monday of each month!

What a great volunteer outreach she is offering. I could sure use these services from time to time.

Living - Planning a Family Trip Anytime Soon?

Find the "5 Family Road Trip Must-Haves" article helpful? I am interested in number one. This is certainly a tip I have not read before. And I like the idea of how it would be helpful to Daddys. Although I don't like the idea of using multiple zip-loc bags, I can see how these could be used over and over for other trips.
